Our core business is upholstery and furniture which we have been doing for 25 years through Bailey & McBride, Cornishe and The Best Furniture. These were consolidated into Ubay Pty Ltd and then Ubay Upholstery was launched.

In setting up the new company, we made our customer and staff relationships our first priorities. This is reflected in the morale of our staff and our amazing customer service which has evolved through careful consideration of customer feedback.

From the inception of our first website (The Best Furniture) we have trialed many web design and marketing services and have come to the same conclusion every time. The work we had been doing in-house was more effective. 

The first indication of this was when our customers started to ask who we used for our design and marketing. We were surprised to find that the most admired features where those we had devised, rather than the contracted consultants. In the last few years we've had many requests from customers to see if we could do anything with their online presence. After completing quite a few successful campaigns and rebuilds, the time came to launch ubayIT.
